- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Possesses training and coaching skills.
- Analyzes business processes related to project development.
- Enhances project development risk and opportunity management methods and tools.
- Develops project management competencies through coaching and the creation of training programs.
- Demonstrates practical knowledge in Project Management, including methods, tools, and processes.
- 2 years of practical experience as a Project Manager, ideally leading at least one full D&D project.
- Experience in the automotive or a similar industry, with a focus on D&D (Design and Development).
- Theoretical (certified) knowledge in Project Management methodologies such as PMI, GPM, Prince II, SAFe, and Scrum.
- Practical experience as a PMO officer, within a continuous improvement department, or in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
- Familiarity with the OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) framework.
- English Advanced.
