- APQP and PPAP tool management :
- It is responsible for drafting the process documents required by the APQP procedure through the supply chain to the customer
- Handles customer-specific requirements and informs the organization in coordination with the group contact persons
- Drafts and manages PPAPs, both to be submitted to customers and received from suppliers
- Drafts and manages flow-charts and internal operating instructions within the organization
- Responsible for drafting process control documentation, in particular PFMEA and Control Plans, and for managing special product characteristics
- Manages dimensional reports for sampling. Performs the relevant 2D measurements.
- Product Certifications:
- Manages IMDS and product declarations such as Reach, Rohs and drafts product CQCs.
- Calibrating Instruments:
- Manages the calibration of measurement and control instruments and interfaces with relevant suppliers
- Environmental sustainability and ESG factors:
- Handles requests from customers or the Group relating to environmental sustainability or ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) factors
- Required qualification: Secondary school diploma.
- Preferred qualification: Technical.
- Experience: 5+ years in a similar role.
- Area: Automotive.
- English: Written and spoken, able to hold a technical conversation with the customer
- Spanish (preferred): Written and spoken, able to sustain a technical conversation with the customer.
