- Supporting the purchasing processes in line with the needs and strategies of the project determined by the management,
- Determining the most suitable suppliers within the scope of the product range determined with internal customers, to carry out contract management, order and supply processes completely,
- Following the control of stock levels with the planning unit and taking the necessary actions,
- Organizing the training plans and following the procurement process in communication with the departments,
- Working in coordination with planning, analysis, and field teams,
- Developing up-to-date suggestions for new suppliers and products by conducting market research,
- Reporting for all the processes for which it is responsible.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Min 1 year of purchasing experience in Retail, E-commerce or FMCG sectors
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially with advanced knowledge of Excel,
- Proficient in reporting processes
- Having experience in indirect procurement
- Having experience in supplying products from suppliers at the expected quality level, on time, and at reasonable prices,
- Experience in marketing purchasing activities is an asset
- Having persuasion and negotiation skills,
- Making quick decisions,
- Proficiency in English
