- Acting as one of the first points of contact for our high-quality distribution partners, such as financial institutions, family offices, tax lawyers, estate planners, etc.,
- Providing a world-class service by means of close follow-up, very efficient communication and a high level of pro-activity,
- Leveraging on service excellence to strengthen relationships with partners and achieve long term positive cooperation,
- Developing and implementing service improvement initiatives,
- Proactively providing regular updates and reports to management and team,
- Taking independent ownership of projects ensuring quality of content delivery within deadlines,
- Coaching and developing junior team members,
- Be independently able to engage team members to achieve high performance levels,
- Ensuring performance objectives are achieved,
- Contributing to growing the business.
- More than 10 years of experience in a similar role gained within the financial/insurance sector,
- Excellent communication skills: being able to build effective relationships and adapt communication style to the counterparty, always in a professional manner,
- Experience in Managing a team of people,
- Ability to listen to other opinions as well as being confident of your own and find balanced solutions,
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- A mature person capable of working independently and able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem-solving capabilities,
- Possess drive, influential and persuasive skills as well as the ability to achieve results through working in a logical and systematic manner,
- Flexible and adaptable you will enjoy challenging situations in a changing environment,
- Fluent in English and French, with Flemish being a strong advantage.
