Experis a brand company of the Manpower Group and is a global leader in IT and TECH professional resourcing, for a big MOTORSPORT company we are looking for anSoftware Component Project ManagerMain Responsibilities:
  • Planning and leading the whole development lifecycle of the SW embedded in Interior Trim ECUs;
  • Defining ECUs software releases plan and prioritize their contents in order to achieve vehicle milestones with the required level of SW maturity and quality;
  • ECUs supplier management coordinating, prioritizing and tracking SW development activities;
  • Follow-up execution plan monitoring ECUs SW progress and SW maturity;
  • Collaborate with various domains to remove impediment at project level and facilitate the SW development teams you will be tasked with unblocking the SW development teams to accelerate the team’s progress;
  • Stakeholder communication: alignment, coordination, information exchange, status reporting;
  • Raising risks and proposing mitigation plans to match business units expectations;
  • ECUs bug tracking and issue resolution monitoring;
  • Change requests analysis and prioritization;
  • SW process flow improvement and SW certification compliance monitoring;
  • SW update management and monitoring for production and after sales;
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Master Degree in Computer, Electronic, Mechatronic or Automation Engineering;
  • Previous experience in SW Development or SW project management within Automotive, Railway, Aerospace field;
  • Good knowledge about automotive industry and business process in general;
  • Ability to implement and push for improvements in a highly complex environment;
  • Problem solver with strong analytical competence;
  • Resilient and mature personality, self-motivated, team spirits, sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure;
  • Basic knowledge of: JIRA, Confluence, Polarion, Excel;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills;
  • Fluent (spoken/written) English
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Basic knowledge of Agile Methodology and classic development processes and tools
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle architectures, communication protocols and main vehicle functionalities
  • Basic knowledge of ASPICE, Model Based System Engineering, AUTOSAR standard
  • Basic knowledge of UNECE R156 and R155 regulation
