As one of the leading event agencies in Hong Kong, we are looking for an Account Executive who will need to –Assist Account Manager(s) in handling client inquiries for online, offline, and hybrid events.Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage diverse projects.Demonstrate strong experience in event project pitching and proposal development.Possess extensive knowledge of managing both online and offline event management and production.Be flexible to work irregular hours as required.Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills, meeting tight deadlines and performing well under pressure.You should also have the below soft skills:Qualifications and skills: 2 or more years of recent account management and/or event project experience. Experience in managing regional clients/events is a plus.Professional working proficiency in English requiredExcellent organizational and time management skillsA deep understanding of the event production, from project planning to executionSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independentlyProven problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environmentsEffective team collaboration and positive relationship-buildingClient-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations
