- Collaborate with the CEO to devise and execute the organization's vision and operational strategies.
- Oversee the daily operations of the business, making sure that everything is done effectively and efficiently
- Prepare regular reports for upper management (VN&JP)
- Monitor company operations and employee productivity, build company culture, ensure the development of members and meet organizational goals
- Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management and employee retention
- Ensure compliance with business regulations according to the law
- Proven experience in general management within the IT or tech industry.
- Experience in working at Japanese companies, preferable startup environment.
- Experience in IT project management
- Proficiency in Japanese.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology or a related field.
- Fluency in Japanese (N2 or higher level)
