A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Proclaim Developer to join a well-respected Altrincham based law firm.You must have previous experience as a Proclaim Developer and enjoy working within a busy team.**Hybrid working available after initial training**As a Proclaim Developer you will be responsible for
  • Create sophisticated workflows from both extensive and minimal specifications - ensure these workflows are efficient, user-friendly, and meet business requirements
  • Expertise in creating, using, and manipulating Proclaim tables for data organisation and management - FETCHDATA and FETCHQUERY
  • Fully confident in utilising FETCHDATA and FETCHQUERY functions for efficient data retrieval and manipulation
  • Confident in identifying and collaborating with third parties for issue resolution - knowledgeable about who to approach and how to engage them effectively
  • Excellent time management skills, with a focus on adhering to ticket SLAs and managing projects to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, capable of seeking help from team members, sharing concerns, and managing expectations
  • Fully understand, create, and manage linked fields, including manipulating data on linked cases
  • Deep understanding of best practices in Proclaim, including when and where to create maths, linked actions, or similar functionalities
  • Proficient in managing and debugging the task server for optimal performance
  • Ability to debug and resolve tickets and user queries of mid to high difficulty
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Land Registry integrations, including debugging and assisting staff
  • Proficient in Import and Export functionalities, especially during Go Live phase
  • Skilled in Matter Archive, Case Table Control, and Mass Case Delete functionalities
  • Expertise in creating and managing data templates, including CSVs, XMLs, CDHs, and understanding all data descriptions
  • Capable of setting up and managing auto routines, including running code not associated with a specific case
  • Skilled in SQL maintenance, including running and manipulating SQL in maths
