- Engage in pre-sales activities, prospect visits, and product demonstrations to assess client needs, tailor solutions for business growth, and foster strong partner relationships to enhance collaborative success.
- Lead the preparation and execution of bids and tenders, including cost estimation, cost consolidation, obtaining quotes, and securing management approval for competitive proposals.
- Design and deliver end-to-end solutions, including system architecture, applications, infrastructure, security, system interfaces, and system integration, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Lead and implement Proofs of Concept (POCs) to demonstrate solutions and ensure they align with client objectives.
- Oversee the delivery, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of systems to ensure smooth deployment, operation, and client satisfaction.
- Offer subject matter expert support throughout the system lifecycle, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and proactive guidance in issue resolution and optimization.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise for diagnosing, resolving, and preventing issues, ensuring smooth system operations and improvements across all stages of the system lifecycle.
- Mentor and manage a team of engineers, fostering skill development and competency growth while providing technical leadership and direction.
- Build up internal technology and capabilities by introducing and adopting emerging technologies and best practices, ensuring the team stays ahead of industry trends and market demands.
- Stay updated with technological trends and developments, ensuring solutions remain competitive and aligned with evolving market needs.
- Engage with senior stakeholders internally and externally to ensure alignment between technical solutions and strategic business goals, maintaining strong relationships for long-term success.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and management teams to ensure seamless project execution, client satisfaction, and effective solution delivery.
- Over 20 years of experience in pre-sales roles, specializing in CCTV, perimeter security, and advanced sensor technologies (such as EO and radar systems).
- At least 15 years of expertise in designing and implementing large-scale systems.
- Exceptional technical proficiency, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and execute projects in a methodical and disciplined manner.
- Skilled in setting and managing expectations with senior stakeholders and internal teams, with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve both individual and collective goals.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience presenting to diverse external audiences and engaging with senior executives both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strong relationships with customers and partners, ranging from field technicians to C-suite executives.
