Job description:
Job objective:
- Helping individuals at all social levels and improving the living conditions of all segments of society with various types of programs and services that bring them benefit and goodness, through charitable societies and regulatory bodies.Main tasks:
First, the mosques:
1. Follow up on employee salaries
2. Supervising mosques and ensuring they are taken care of
3. Follow up and implement maintenance orders
4. Emergency activities
5. Follow up on mosque purchase ordersSecondly, seasonal projects: These are the projects that the endowment adopts during the religious seasons in the holy months such as the month of Ramadan and the month of Hajj, and among these projects are:
1. Food baskets (support cards) to support the needy family directly or through the charitable organization
2. Iftar for the fasting person: Follow up on the supported mosques and ensure that they are satisfied with the meals
3. Ramadan Umrah: Facilitating Umrah trips during the month of Ramadan in coordination with Spatco Company.Third: Community programs:
1. Participation of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in cleaning mosques
2. Participate in supporting a charitable event, such as (blood donation) in cooperation with a government or health sectorFourth: Charitable organizations:
1. Receiving and following up on monthly or quarterly reports of achievements
2. Liaison officer with charities
3. Follow up on the terms of the association's agreement and ensure their fulfillment
4. Receive financial reports and deliver them to Finance before disbursing the second installment
5. Knowing the new projects in associations and sorting them in accordance with the goals of the endowment
6. Working on issuing an annual report for the endowment on its charitable achievementsSkills and personal traits:
1. The ability to self-control and control emotions
2. Tact and ability to express
3. The ability to establish good relationships with employees of various internal departments and bodies in which he works
4. The ability to be creative and innovative
5. The ability to persuade
6. Have a decent appearance
7. Maintaining business secretsWorking conditions and environment:
First, office work:
1. Business administration, planning and innovation
2. Follow-up and prepare reports for management
3. Correspondence
Secondly, field work:
1. Visit charities and related parties
2. Periodic visits to follow up on mosques
3. Implementing and participating in initiativesTasks and duties:
1. Building distinguished relationships with external parties, whether individuals or institutions
2. Receiving project platforms for charitable associations and institutions
3. Submitting the annual and final reports issued by the associations and their summary
4. Open a file for each association or charitable and advocacy institution containing all official and regulatory sales
5. Receiving delegations of visiting charitable and advocacy associations and institutions and organizing the visit schedule
6. Answering letters and inquiries from charitable and advocacy associations and institutions
7. Drafting contracts, agreements and partnerships with charitable and advocacy associations and institutions
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in charitable organizations/charities
  • Good knowledge of the reality of charitable work in Saudi Arabia
  • Saudi
