You’ll deliver a professional private lettings and property management service meeting the needs of landlords and tenants.Supporting the Home Ownership Manager, you will be delivering excellent customer driven services in property lettings and full property management, offering a one stop property management shop to landlords and potential investors, those wishing to move within or into the housing market and current tenants.As a Lettings and Property Management Specialist, you will have a clear and focused role in supporting the daily running of the business as well as securing new business through growing the private lettings portfolio. Great communication with potential and current landlords and tenants is essential in our customer focused business.
