- Responsible for executing all events with a seamless turnover from sales to operations and back to sales
- Support various in-house customers’ events, deliver with brand standard.
- Prepare event documentations and coordinate with external and internal parties to ensure smooth execution of events with high level of service standard
- Conduct site inspection to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct market research on competitors’ analysis and market trend
- Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in handling event and catering of all kinds, including conversion and logistics.
- Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A team player with leadership skills
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Events Services Manager
