  • Bachelor's degree or above in human resources management, law or science and engineering related majors
  • More than 5 years of experience in human resources management in large and medium-sized enterprises
  • Prefer candidate fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Prefer candidate with experience in the China manufacturing industry
  • Good data analysis skills
  • Familiar with the six major modules of human resources and be proficient in more than two of them.
  • Familiar with laws and regulations related to human resources
  • Proficient in using office software
  • Ability to think deeply and find key points in complex situations
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility, have a sense of the overall situation, be upright, and be honest
  • Have good communication and coordination skills and strong ability to withstand pressure
  • Good teamwork spirit and organizational skills, good at handling interpersonal relationships
Tanggungjawab
  • Responsible for formulating the annual human resources strategic development plan based on the company's business development strategic plan, goals and the internal and external environment of the organization
  • According to the company's internal control requirements and national policies and regulations, combined with the actual situation of human resources, formulate, review and supervise the implementation of various rules and regulations of the human resources department
  • Responsible for the company's recruitment management, select the company's recruitment channels, establish a scientific talent evaluation system, and achieve high-quality employment plans
  • Responsible for the formulation of plans for the in-depth management of human resources such as the establishment of employee career development and promotion channels, qualification assessment, and establishment of talent evaluation systems, and organize their implementation
  • Responsible for the company's training management, building the company's training system, identifying internal lecturers, and constantly improving the echelon talent training mechanism
  • Responsible for the establishment and implementation of the company's performance management system, including the formulation and improvement of performance appraisal plans for middle and high-level employees and employees in various departments, the realization of performance appraisal results, performance communication, coaching, interviews, etc.
  • Responsible for the overall management of the company's salary system, including confirmation of job grades, formulation of salary adjustment plans, salary review, etc.
  • Human resources and human efficiency management provides a basis for formulating the company's human resources strategy by establishing a scientific and reasonable human resources indicator database and analyzing the company's human efficiency situation using data.
  • Handling of major labor disputes in the company and communication and coordination with external government departments
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders
