  • Take responsibility for the implementation of functional solutions, such as the development, adoption, and execution of system test plans to ensure appropriate consistency and credibility of the TME system.
  • Support and lead projects that include infrastructure development, report creation, analytics and systems troubleshooting.
  • System Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing TME ICT infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to streamline processes and drive business growth.
  • Monitor TME solution performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimisation and enhancement to drive ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the requirements analysis process, incorporating all identified stakeholders, engage stakeholders, lead the requirement analysis process by facilitating collaboration and workshopping processes to elicit business/functional requirements.
  • Own the coordination and communication of requirements across all stakeholder groups for administration projects.
  • Design, implement, support, and upgrade the IT applications and infrastructure to Microsoft stack e.g., M365 services and migration, M365 Security, Devops/Infrastructure as code, ITSM, MS Teams.
  • Responsible for endpoint infrastructure maintenance, development, configuration, and deployment on business IT (desktops and laptops) using SOE tools and relevant cloud platforms.
  • Manage and create fit for purpose reporting within the cloud environments to track billable resource utilisation.
  • Work with our infrastructure managed service provider, other team members and clients to proactively manage deliverables, provide regular communications and updates to ensure cross-functional alignment of upcoming changes and releases.
  • Hands-on development work and provide support for business’ proprietary applications and infrastructure throughout by debugging issues, root cause analysis, testing, and diagnostics.
  • Manage the contract with our managed service provider for AWS infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases, to ensure security, efficiency, reliability, and contract compliance.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships and monitor the performance of our key vendors both internal and external
  • Develop and maintain day-to-day operational plans, including firmware/software version control, power cycling, configuration backup, data backup, disaster recovery testing, penetration testing, performance testing, outage management, escalation procedures and our service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Oversees and contributes to the investigation of IT security breaches, taking corrective action and reporting on outcomes. Review application and system frameworks to ensure that security standards meet industry best practice.
  • Management of TME’s business assets, for example: laptops; iPads; and mobile devices. Assets are to be recorded and the register maintained in Jira or an equivalent digital records tool.
  • Action infrastructure related incident and service request tickets, delivering break fixes, operating as a senior escalation point, and implementing necessary enhancements and changes in accordance with agreed processes and SLAs.
  • Maintain client records, processes, procedures, and knowledge base documentation.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 6 years experience, ideally within a IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
