- 10+ years experience in learning & development, preferably in retail sector
- 5+ years experience in team management
- An agile leader, thinks strategically and develops plans for his/her function for the future
- Ability to apply sound learning principles, agile methods, learning technology and program management skills together in the design, development and maintenance of learning programs
- Systems thinking; able to recognize patterns and trends in data, content and customer needs which will drive program design and delivery
- Creative problem solver, naturally curious and innovative
- Good command of English communication skills
- Design and manage learning and development programs for stores, head office and distribution center employees in line with the company's strategies.
- Manage tailor made learning and development programs for 9 box grid.
- Ensure the continuous development of Watson's Academy
- Monitor relevant learning & development action plans based on employee engagement survey feedback
- Ensure the appropriate tools, technology and learning methods are used for learning and development
- Upgrade learning and development team
- Monitor and use learning and development budget effectively
- Manage and monitor global initiatives effectively in collaboration with Group HR.
