Thanks to our global experience and strong technical knowledge we can develop and support from the original concept to the design, product development, production systems and implementation.What are we looking for:#We want your talent!ALTEN Mexico is looking for Project Performance Lead AdvanceGeneral Activities:The EMAT PPL (Project Performance Lead) Support will perform integration activities of key program attributes for specific vehicles with responsibilities including but not limited to:

Support activities of the program lead PPL

Act as point contact for engineers and teams outside of EMAT

Support creation of and updates to the EMAT Scorecard

Provide technical status for all vehicle level performance, fuel economy, driveability, weight management, thermal management, and aerodynamic targets

Create work requests for the science teams within EMAT

Review data from each of the EMAT Science Teams

Work with extended teams to develop tradeoff opportunities between Vehicle Dynamics Engineering (VDE), Powertrain Systems Engineering (PSE), and driveability

Work with extended teams to develop risk mitigation plans

Validate customer functional objectives related to EMAT

Work with EMAT Science Teams to benchmark and future competitive vehicles

RequirementsEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited or equivalent program3+ years experience in product/propulsion system developmentSoft skills:

'•Strong verbal and written communication skills (technical and non-technical)
•Able to manage multiple simultaneously responsibilities and projects, while being mind of deadlines
•Must be task oriented, detail oriented and Make Sound Decisions
•Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, problem solving, organizational skills, excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work in a cross functional team environment at all levels.

Technical Skills:

• 3+ years experience in product/propulsion system development
• Experience/understand how to derive ABC coast down coefficients
• Understanding of Vehicle Dynamics Engineering (VDE) sensitivities and tradeoff’s
• Fuel economy and/or VDE simulation tool experience
• Experience with Powertrain and Electrified Powertrain Systems
• Experience in fuel economy testing and data analysis
• Vehicle testing knowledge - chassis dyno, engine dyno, and an understanding of vehicle coast down
• Experience with futuring and competitive benchmarking
