Role Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of products to General Practitioners (GPs) within your assigned territory. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry while enjoying competitive compensation and professional development support. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell intra-articular hyaluronic acid injections and orthotic devices to General Practitioners within the designated territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals through effective communication, product education, and personalized support. Develop and implement strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to address customer needs and drive business success. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 years of experience in medical sales, preferably with a strong understanding of the General Practitioners (GPs) sector. Proven track record in medical sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry. Strong sales skills with the ability to build relationships and close deals. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of Hyaluronic acid injection or related medical devices is advantageous. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel as required (90% travelling) with own car. Perks: Competitive incentives and commissions structure. Miscellaneous allowances, including monthly traveling and mobile allowances.
