- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our client's technology products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and positioning.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress and performance against goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our client's brand and generate leads.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology-related industry.
- Technical background and understanding of technology products and solutions.
- Native Swiss German and fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
