Within the e-commerce product team, we continuously improve existing or implement new solutions to keep up with market trends and remain future-proof in this key area for our sales and marketing stakeholders.Being the trusted advisor of our different business stakeholders, we also keep an overview of the different solutions implemented and actively propose improvements, share knowledge, or harmonize the application landscape where useful.What are we looking for?Join us as a Business Analyst within our e-commerce product team, based out of Brno to contribute to a state-of-the-art digital commerce and self-service platform.We expect you to build up and maintain a good relationship with the business users in our customer centres across the world and support them in making most out of our digital commerce platforms. You will be part of our dedicated e-commerce team which is based in our hubs in Antwerp and Brno. As such you will have chance to be part of Global Projects delivery with the possibility of travelling if required.Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Starting from our product roadmap, you engage with stakeholders to discover their detailed business requirements.
- Supported by the architects and the development team, you write out the user stories through which our platform will solve these requirements. As part of the stories, you capture relevant test scenarios.
- You always reflect on business value and how we can measure this by implementing the stories.
- Together with the key users you test new developments of the application.
- You're the go-to person for functional questions on using the digital commerce platform.
- You train business users in our many customer centres worldwide.
- Contribute to the Agile organization of the product team.
- The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business economics or equal through experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as business analyst in a multinational or consultancy company , preferably in an e-commerce or order-to-cash environment.
- You know how to model business processes through standard notations such as BPMN or UML.
- Focusing on outstanding user experience you worked with UX design tools such as Figma, and you have experience interpreting user behaviour and heatmaps to make data driven decisions.
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills to demonstrate solution concepts.
- A hands-on mentality configuring the system to the needs of the business users.
- Knowledge of SEO concepts is definitely a plus, as well as experience with SAP ERP.
