Job DescriptionBank Staff Nurse - Radiology/Outpatients - The Cherwell Hospital - Bank HoursThe Cherwell Hospital, located in Banbury, Oxfordshire was purpose built in 2006 and has been designed to combine an exceptional standard of patient accommodation with the technical equipment and facilities that modern medicine demands. The Hospital has a 40-bed inpatient unit, consisting of single or twin rooms and a day case facility. All rooms which have twin beds are single sex units ensuring privacy and dignity at all times. The Hospital is equipped to undertake a large range of procedures, treatments and investigations. We have three fully equipped theatres, with a five-bedded recovery unit. Other outpatient facilities include physiotherapy, pharmacy, radiology, ultrasound and MRI.Bank Registered Nurse - Outpatients / RadiologyWe are inviting applications from experienced Registered Nurses to join Outpatients / Radiology Team on a bank contract, based at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire.We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced team players to join our Outpatients nursing team in delivering a high standard of clinical care whilst ensuring patient safety, dignity and confidentiality. IT and excellent communication skills are essential and a willingness to take on additional roles and extended skills to enhance the provision of patient care are also required.This is a busy department so the ability to work under pressure and maintain a good sense of humour is essential. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and able to work flexible hours.The roleIn this role, you will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.
