The project seeks to enhance the capacity of local stakeholders to manage water resources effectively in the face of climate change challenges.Position: Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP)10-12 years of senior management experience with USAID or similar donor programs.Prior experience as a COP/DCOP or project director on climate resilient and/or water resource management-related programs preferred.Responsibilities:· Assist the Chief of the Party in overall project management and implementation.· Provide technical leadership in climate-resilient water governance initiatives.· Coordinate with project stakeholders and ensure effective communication.Position: Director of Finance and Administration10-12 years of experience in financial management, particularly with USAID contracts.Experience with USAID or similar donor programs is preferred.Responsibilities:· Oversee financial management, budgeting, and reporting for the project.· Manage administrative functions to ensure compliance with USAID regulations.· Provide leadership in procurement and contract management.Position: Monitoring & Evaluation Lead10-12 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of climate resilient and/or water resource management programs.Responsibilities:· Develop and implement the project's M&E framework, including data collection and analysis.· Monitor project activities and outcomes to ensure alignment with objectives.· Provide regular reports to the project management team and USAID.Position: Water Governance ExpertsExpertise in water governance, policy development, and institutional strengthening.Responsibilities:· Provide technical assistance to local stakeholders in improving water governance practices.· Support the development and implementation of water management plans and policies.Position: Climate Resilient ExpertsSpecialization in climate change adaptation, resilience planning, and risk management.Responsibilities:· Assess climate risks and vulnerabilities in the water sector and develop mitigation strategies.· Provide technical guidance on integrating climate resilience into water governance initiatives.DAI is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer with a commitment to diversity.
