We cover all sectors and industries and provide unparalleled customized analysis and superior strategic insights.Job Summary:The Senior Consultant will play a crucial role in strategically planning and implementing the transformation project. This position necessitates a mix of skills in project management, financial analysis, and operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will guide the development of project management documents, aid in the acquisition phase, contribute to the transformation and handover process, and ensure that financial and operational objectives are met with the highest standards of governance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation of detailed project management plans, including clear objectives, milestones, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Play a critical role in the strategic acquisition phase, bringing expertise in market analysis, due diligence, and integration strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide consultancy during the transformation phase to efficiently achieve project goals.
  • Oversee key aspects of the handover process, ensuring compliance with project specifications and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead financial analysis efforts to secure the projects economic viability and adhere to budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure all project activities are conducted with the highest standards of ethics and governance.
  • Drive the implementation of operational best practices to align project execution with strategic objectives and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management with at least 5 years focused on managing large-scale projects.
  • Extensive experience in consultancy or project management, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational optimization skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) principles.
