We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN LSA (Complex Needs) to join our team and work closely with our students to help them achieve their full potential.The Role:As an SEN LSA (Complex Needs), you will be an integral part of the support team within our schools. Your responsibilities will include assisting students with complex needs in their daily activities, supporting their learning and development, and working closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with complex needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.- Assist in the preparation and delivery of tailored learning activities that meet the individual needs of students.- Support students with personal care needs, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.- Monitor and track the progress of students, providing feedback to teachers and parents.Requirements:- Experience working with children or young adults with complex needs in an educational or care setting.- A compassionate and patient approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.Benefits:- Competitive hourly rate of £70 - £100 per hour, depending on experience.- Opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with complex needs.- Access to professional development opportunities and training.- Supportive and collaborative working environment.- Potential for career progression within the school.How to Apply:If you are a passionate and dedicated SEN LSA (Complex Needs) ready to make a positive impact in the lives of students, we would love to hear from you!
