Job Description:We are seeking a dependable, flexible, and initiative-taking Administrative Assistant with a cheerful outlook to join our team! This position entails supporting the Management team with a variety of tasks related to the organization.Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:· High School Diploma/GED required.· Administrative Assistant and HR experience preferred.· Strong organizational and people skills.· Strong attention to details.· Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Familiarity with office equipment· Computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist HR Manager and CEO with department needs and tasks.
  • Assist HR Manager with recruiting and onboarding.
  • Assist with preparation of various reports as requested by management.
  • In charge of ordering office, client and facility supplies as needed.
  • Assist with editing and research for implementation of plans required by governing entities.
