We are seeking dedicated Intake Specialists to join our team and manage the initial intake process for leads or clients seeking legal services. As an Intake Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that individuals receive the assistance they need by effectively gathering information, assessing needs, and coordinating consultations with our legal experts.   • Act as the first contact with leads by phone or email, being friendly and helpful
  • Collect important details from people who need assistance
  • Listen carefully and empathetically to understand what people need and figure out how the firm can help
  • Fill out legal forms if necessary
  • Guide people to the right places within the firm or elsewhere for help
  • Keep Records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with people to make sure they get help or see if they need more support
  • Assist with everyday tasks like booking appointments, managing schedules, and handling paperwork
Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher education
  • Experience managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ability to manage calendars and set up meetings
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
  • Legal background is advantageous
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and Spanish or Portuguese
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service roles at contact centers
