Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (Possible OT)The IWM Advisor & Client Solutions team is responsible for building capabilities and business platforms for clients and advisors in IWM. The team leads other key responsibilities such as partnerships and practice excellence while enabling transformations.The Senior Product Owner – Wealth Transformation is accountable for working with cross-functional development teams and business stakeholders globally to define and implement business strategies, product roadmaps, service offerings and new features.
The Senior Product Owner contributes to the long-term profitability of the International Wealth Management (IWM) business line by establishing performance goals and work practices which drive the design and development of high-quality end-to-end product and user experiences for IWM.Candidate Value Proposition:

The successful candidate will be a part of transformation in a strategic part of the bank such as International Wealth Management, to help accelerate growth and get to do high impact work.Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 5+ years of experience with Wealth Management and ability to keep up with changing trends
2) 10+ years of Product Owner experience in FI
3) 5+ years of experience with Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud preferred)
4) 5+ years of experience with Jira/ConfluenceNice-To-Have Skills:
1) in-depth experience collaborating with international teams, especially Pacific Alliance, Central America & Caribbean regions
2) Previous Scotia experience
3) Bilingual in SpanishSoft Skills Required:
- Strong communication & presentation skills.

- Demonstrated success delivering highly complex business initiatives related to digital, data, and analytics.
- Experience in leading and coaching teams, with track record of attracting and developing talent
- Critical thinking skills: using logic and reasoning to evaluate alternative solutions, summarize conclusions and approaches to mitigate risks
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineer, Business Administration, or related field
