- Promote prominent levels of awareness and compliance with the VB Quality Management processes
- Lead on the development and maintenance of the QMS inline with ISO9001, BOPAS, EN1090 and NSAI Agrement Certs.
- Coordinate and drive the integration of common processes and activities, considering non Quality Standards such as ISO14001, ISO20400 and ISO 45001.
- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organisation
- Set QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
- Maintain awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues
- Assess suppliers’ and own company’s product specifications and customer requirements
- Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
- Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Participate in risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen quality challenges.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure that construction activities align with approved plans and specifications.
- At least 5 years experience in the implementation and development of QMS, preferably in manufacturing assembly or construction assembly.
- Demonstrated experience of quality management from cradle to grave of a product/service.
