The successful contractors will be working on a 7am-7pm rotating roster Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.The successful contractors will be placed on a 2 week rotating roster - they will work the same shift for a 2 week period and will then transition to anther sift.They will never work the same shift for 2 consecutive rosters.Typically one roster they will work an early start shift (e.g. 7am start) , then a mid-shift (e.g. 9 - 10am start) , then a late shift (e.g. 11am start)Requires Police Check: YesLooking for candidates with 2 - 3 years customer service experience (call centre, admin) Need excellent written and verbal communication skills.Looking for candidates who have previously worked in an office environment Intermediate computer skills required - Typing Using mouse and monitor Strong email etiquetteProficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams Specific software will be taught however contractors need to be technically savvy and have the ability to pick up systems quicklyTraining and nesting periodThe successful contractors will take part in classroom style training followed by a 'nesting' period where they will work closely with SMEs to develop their skills. After the nesting period they will be assessed to be able to work independently.Training will be: 1 weeks
