Reporting to International Sales DirectorRenowned overseas groups entering the Chinese market with great company cultureAs the China Country Manager, your will the group and its brands in China to achieve sales targets. Developing and overseeing the sales budget and strategy, collaborating with the Area Manager and the distributor to establish and monitor the budgets, sales, and strategy for the brand.Deeply involved on:Development of sales plan, Positioning of products in existing or new markets, Market studies of the competition, Financial reporting of sales and Coordinate annual marketing opportunitiesSales and Investment Plans
  • Develop and monitor the sales budget and strategy, collaborating with the Area Manager and the distributor to establish and oversee the budgets, sales, and strategy for the brand.
  • Develop sales forecasts, effectively manage sales orders from customers, and allocate quantities accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the distributor to cultivate the market, ensuring the implementation of the agreed marketing plans for each brand.
  • Guarantee that the distributor invests the agreed amounts specified in the marketing plan, ensuring the realization of the intended investments.
Sales and Investment Plans
  • Developing and overseeing the sales budget and strategy, collaborating with the Area Manager and the distributor to establish and monitor budgets, sales, and strategies for the brand.
  • Creating sales forecasts, handling sales orders from customers, and allocating appropriate quantities.
  • Collaborating with the distributor to foster market growth, ensuring the execution of the agreed-upon marketing plans for each brand.
  • Ensuring the distributor makes the actual investments in line with the amounts agreed upon in the marketing plan.
Planning and Reporting
  • Coordinating annual marketing and communication plans and supervising their implementation
  • Drawing reports and analyzing statistics per brand and country.
  • Developing and monitoring the sales budget and strategy.
  • Establishing and monitoring together with the Area Manager and the distributor the budgets, sales and strategy for the brand
Reporting to a foreigner based out of China|Renowned overseas groups entering the Chinese market with great company culture- A native mandarin speaker with fluent English being able to work with foreigners across the globe- High level of commitment and the ability to work with international teams- Experience in the cosmetics industry (perfume-related experience is preferred).- Wholesale/Distribution management experience is a MUST- Entrepreneurship. Experience of starting China business from scratch will be a plus.- Bachelor's degree or above required Work experienceOur client has over 25 years of history, They have several well-known perfume brands in Europe and America marketing. Currently their business is spread all over the world and also have very close cooperation with major head channels in Europe and America with a good growthThis role reports directly into global sales Head and will therefore mean your role will have significant visibility across the business. You will be given autonomy and freedom to perform the role and deliver what needs to be done, but you will be working closely with global and executive team.
