The Lead Domain Solution Architect - designs, analyses, plans, and modifies network components supporting customer communication implementation activities. Develops and evaluates network performance criteria and measurement methods. Prepares the analysis of the short or long-term capacity needs for switching, routing transmission, and signalling. Conducts network architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies. Develops alternative routing scenarios and changes in required sequence of network activities. Conducts economic and population growth studies to determine impact on network capacity and development plan projections. Performs the end-to-end design activities (including surveys, design itself, and as-built) required for a physical network deployment. Responsibilities Responsible to ensure Software compatibility checks and highlighting any deviation Responsible for HLD creation and presentation with Customer Responsible for CIQ preparation as per HLD, dimensioning and inputs from customer. Responsible for LLD creation as per HLD and CIQ input Responsible for Data fill/backfill creation as per LLD/CIQ by using available automation tools. Responsible to validate project activity MOP Responsible for Preparation of migration and go live strategy in consent with TPM and customer. Responsible for maintaining Design changes during project lifecycle. Responsible to Analyze design and prepare changes from SU perspective Responsible for Bug scrubbing before go live of nodes. Responsible for Functional and nonfunctional ATP TOL (Test Object list) creation in discussion with customer. Troubleshooting support to SE and analysis of Traces Responsible to create document for project lessons learnings. Knowledge sharing and KT session delivery. Capture Lessons learn in LL tool. Extend Support to Team in need and practice internal JIRA Required Skills Should have expertise on at least 2 PACO nodes for design and deployment. Check and validate the TSD and highlight any gaps, risks in solution to Presales and other stakeholders Should have Expertise of all PACO portfolio products. Responsible to support NPI/NPD projects design, deployment, upgrade and integration . Identification of Automation needs and taking it forward for development with tools team. Best practices implementation and building PACO assets for reuse. Support the DDU PP Leader on project plans definition and effort dimensioning Act as an SME of PACO domain Must have Understanding of surrounding/peers nodes and underlying cloud infra. Leads team of DSA/SE towards successful delivery of big/complex projects. Support on Architecture change in complex SU projects /expansions Responsible for identification of Serviceability needs and highlight to practice leader. Act as mentor for junior/new engineers. Responsible for developing PACO nodes certifications in coordination with KMCD.
