- Registration of inquiries from external and internal customers in the accounting area (email correspondence/incoming calls)
- Analysis and recording of statements/accounts from Suppliers
- Informing suppliers about the current status of the account and taking care of the correct flow of information
- Obtaining and forwarding copies of invoices to customers
- Liaising with branches worldwide within ISSC
- You have very good knowledge of German language
- You have very good knowledge of English language
- You have a first experience of working in the Financial/Customer Service Department
- You are familiar with MS Office package
- Ability to work in a team, accuracy, sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize are your qualities
