- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, from entry to confirmation and maintenance.
- Monitor product allocation and manage pick ticket creation.
- Handle returns, logistics issues, and product claims according to company procedures.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
- Develop commercial ideas and actions in consultation with the Customer Operations Coordinator.
- Handle administrative tasks and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- MBO 4 level education, preferably in administrative or sales support.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Business level English proficiency; fluency in German is essential for one role.
- Expertise in customer care, order handling, and direct customer contact.
- Proficiency in MS Windows, SAP, or similar order entry programs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
