  • Handle administrative tasks and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

  • MBO 4 level education, preferably in administrative or sales support.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Business level English proficiency; fluency in German is essential for one role.
  • Expertise in customer care, order handling, and direct customer contact.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, SAP, or similar order entry programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
