Kai Tak Sports Park is a fully integrated sports, leisure and entertainment destination that is expected to be completed in 2024. The 28 hectare park will be part of the redevelopment on the site of the old Hong Kong International Airport in Kai Tak. Kai Tak Sports Park Ltd (KTSPL) has been awarded the contract to undertake this project.   • Uses surveys, interviews, and other studies to conduct research regarding human resource policies, compensation, and other employment issues. After analyzing the information, makes recommendations on changes.
  • Manage a board range of compensation and benefits (C&B) programs and operations such as market benchmarking exercise, annual budgeting and allocation, employee benefits, insurance programs and MPF retirement schemes.
  • Manage payroll preparation, taxation and global mobility-related issues to ensure compliance with the legislation and internal guidelines.
  • Assist to formulate and reviewing C&B policies and procedures to ensure all practices comply with regulatory, legal and compliance requirements.
  • Ensures timely processing of attendance, leaves, timesheets and other transactions of all employees by observing the timekeeping and payroll calendar.
  • Assist the HR Manager and GM HR in designing a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our companys strategy and business goals.
  • Support the development of Human Resources Management Systems to meet current and future needs.
  • Prepare HR regular reports for management review.
  • Process, verify, and maintain employee related documentation. Record data for each employee.
  • Answer questions regarding eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information.
Requirements
  • Degree holder with a major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, and other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in reward management and compensation & benefits.
  • Detail-minded, strong numerical sense with high degree of accuracy, and able to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislation in HK.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, and with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
