Time Type: Full TimeGeneral Responsibilities 主要工作职责Be responsible for daily operation.负责日常操作。Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责Receive booking & clarify booking with vendor, send local SOP to all new customers for their easy guide接受委托并与供应商确认委托，向新客户发送操作流程。Guiding vendors through local procedures (incl. Customs, Stuffing，etc.)与供应商梳理操作流程。Responsible to check and create shipper & consignee account number for every shipment within 2 days upon receiving the Booking Order收到委托2天之内核实并建立收发货人CODE.Organize shipment operations: Book and confirm space with carrier ( keep client/supervisor/overseas informed about any vessel delay or cancellation; timely escalation in case of space problems )订舱并确认仓位，任何撤销或者厌恶及时通知客户，海外代理，主管。仓位问题要及时上报Trucking arrangement；Warehouse stuffing arrangement；Customs clearance monitoring；Proactively solving any problems during operation process (keep client/supervisor informed about any custom survey, extra surcharge occurred, carrier's off load or short ship arrangement )卡车协议,仓库协议，装箱协议，清关协议，预见性的解决操作过程中出现的问题.（如遇报关验货,额外费用产生,船公司甩货或者短装要及时通知客户和上级主管Pre-alert to related party strictly according to the SOP预报发送严格执行SOP.Tracing shipment till ATA.追踪货物直到货物到港Finish whole operation procedure, include freight settlement with client.完成全部进口操作，包括送货和与客户进行运费结算Timely update CW1 system according to relative SOP and guideline根据相关SOP和指南及时更新CW1系统Keep supervisor informed on any unusual situation and trouble case occurred for daily operation日常操作中遇到的问题及时通知主管Back up for other team members during their absence and annual leave组内同事外出或年假, 做好替补工作Other tasks assigned by manager完成经理分配的其他工作DSV - Global transport and logisticsDSV is a dynamic workplace that fosters inclusivity and diversity.
