Fund Operations Specialist

• Preparing backups
• Updating internal systems
• Preparing account opening documentation,
• Providing timely updates for the clients,
• Communicating with market providers around the world via email and phone,
• Preparing reports for the clients,
• Participating in internal calls.

• Good English (at least written/spoken B2)
• Good communication skills
• MS Office (excel, outlook)
• Good level of personal organization
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to multitask, work under strict deadlines and with attention to details
• Background in finance or law is preferable, but not required
• Previous professional experience not required
