Key responsibilities:
- Elaboration and realization of the yearly sales plan as well as the sales policy.
- Participation in development of the overall sales activities including strategic as well as sales operations.
- Building, maintaining and development of cooperation with the key customers.
- Defining and analysis of the customer needs and providing comprehensive solutions.
- Creating and realization of own sales action plan with specific focus on key customers, products and market situation.
- Negotiation of the cooperation conditions with the customers.
- Preparation of the offers in accordance with the company's standards.
- Carrying out the customer's satisfaction surveys.
- Setting up and controlling agreed buffer and consignment stocks in cooperation with the Supply Chain Manager.
- Handling agreed customer projects as project owner in accordance with valid procedures and structure and controlling that the projects can not be closed before the project checklist is completed correctly and relevant data are implemented in the framework agreement.
- Preparing and realization of the sales budget for own customers.
- Controlling that any costs related to project process initiated by customer and any extra shipment costs related to additional customer requirements are calculated and invoiced.
- Follow up on sales budgets and costs related to customer projects in cooperation with the R&D and Controlling Department.Job qualifications：
1. Major in mechanical engineering, economics or marketing, bachelor degree；
2. Working experience with mechanical technical background is preferred；
3.Several years of experience in B2B sales within the area of production profile
4.Experience in sales on International Trade.
5.Result oriented
6.Very good sales skills
7.Very good negotiation skills
8.Good speaking English
9.Be able to take business travel domestic and aboard.
