Operational Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm grocer, including inventory management, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold quality standards for all products.Develop and implement efficient operating procedures to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.2. Sales and Marketing:Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, offering product recommendations, and promoting special offers or events.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting farm grocer products through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and on-site signage.Monitor sales performance and analyse data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.3. Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.Foster positive relationships with customers and cultivate a welcoming and inviting atmosphere within the farm grocer.4.
