Job Description Summary This role will be responsible for owning and managing the planning and implementation of a large-scale transition effort for providing support and service delivery for regional payrolls and time & attendance programs. Viewed as a payroll specialist you will drive the planning for compliant and efficient payroll and time & attendance solutions in partnership with vendors and cross business teams across various countries in the region. You will be responsible for driving the approaches and best practices toward strategy of the services. Key to success in the role will be to ensure delivery of quality processes and strategic priorities.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:Supports the Regional Payroll Service transition planning and ensures quality delivery of multiple payroll processes, time & attendance, and related services for various countries in the region.Manages the organizational effort for the Aerospace business during the transition, define immediate and future support needs and operational frameworks. Supports the transitional team during interim transitional period.Manages transitional payroll queries from vendor, transition team, employees, managers and HRM's in a timely, and professional manner. Correctly administers transitional payroll processes. Manages service delivery metrics in relation to outsourced payroll.Drives the management transition of documentation and communication of regional payroll programs, policies, and procedures.Supports the payroll transitional planning process in conjunction with third party providers including the calculation of wages, deductions, and payment of employees’ wagesEnsures appropriate definition of payroll schedules, reconciliations, special processing planning and documentation of business and local requirements.Monitors regional markets for regulatory and local practice changes in labor law which may affect payroll processes.Manages transitional planning for regional market employee records such as tax documents and employee files for transitional purposes.Oversee and review preparation of reconciliation and reports for transitional purposesQualifications / Requirements:This role requires basic experience in the Human Resources & Payroll and Benefits Service Delivery. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise with payroll systemsWorkday payroll experience strongly preferredExperience with time and attendance systems ideally in manufacturing environmentsSkilled in project managementDesired Characteristics:Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders.Ability to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations.Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programsEstablished project management skillsDetail and numerical orientated with good analytical and problem-solving skills.Articulate, adaptable, with excellent inter-personal and cross-cultural skillsEye for detail, confidence to challenge and ask questionsLogical, structured and process-orientated thinkingGood Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; quick adaptability to systems, tools, and processesAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: Yes
