Job description:
- Applying the facility's policies and procedures and explaining them to vendors within the exhibition
- Motivating employees within the exhibition and developing their skills to increase the percentage of exhibition sales
- Solve all problems faced by employees or customers within the exhibition
- Full knowledge of all administrative matters related to the branch and ensuring that all capabilities are available to accomplish the targeted work.
- Applying penalties and punishments and submitting them to the administration according to the rules and regulations
- Rapid response and implementation of assignments
- Ensure the validity of the health card for all exhibition employees
- Raising employee requests within the exhibition to management
- Commitment and maintain all documents related to the exhibition and inform the administration of any letters received
- Transferring customers' ideas and requests to management and building on them
- Coordinating the exhibition's working hours in terms of the exhibition's sales officials' working hours, opening and closing hours for all days of the week
- Supervising the wearing of the uniform and the employees' adherence to it inside the exhibition
- Supervising the coordination of work and distributing tasks within the exhibition
- Supervising the placement of barcodes including the price on all merchandise inside the exhibition
- Explaining the components of the goods to the sales official and the mechanism for selling them and training them
- Organizing annual vacations for employees and submitting them to management
- Reporting any emergency that occurs in the exhibition, such as disruption or damage to lighting, electricity, air conditioning, or decoration, and continuous follow-up to fix the faults, and bear responsibility for not following up or reporting.
- Supervising the arrangement, organization, cleanliness and ease of arrival of goods in the warehouse
- Contributing to setting the monthly sales target for the exhibition and ensuring that it is followed up on achieving it
- Follow up on all marketing department offers and supervise the employee in printing and displaying them correctly in the exhibition
- Making deposits to the branches
- Make an inventory of the branches and verify numbers and shortages
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs
