- Consult with Branding and other departments to establish and achieve specific media goals and objectives.
- Assist in developing and presenting creative briefs to the team.
- Assist in developing social media campaigns in support of line of business objectives.
- Suggest insights and analysis that will fuel the social media campaign.
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external marketing partners; media schedules, social media schedules, partner communications.
- Handle various project-oriented tasks as needed such as process improvements, calendar development and execution.
- Monitor analytics and track key metrics against goals within the social media team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1 year relevant work experience in similar field preferred.
- Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
