With insightful, actionable testing results that can directly inform go/no go release decisions, we enable our customers to release digital products and experiences better, faster and with confidence.To help us grow our global Community team, we are looking for a Part - time Community Recruiter (m/f/x).The successful candidate will be highly quantitative, curious about exploring data, passionate about improving processes, interested in cultural characteristics and well-versed in digital marketing. You will join the Community Management team where you support the growth and supply of existing community members with the focus on the acquisition of new community members on a global scale.Key duties of the role:Support multiple internal teams to help identify, recruit and match testers with the specific needs of our customers.Interact with our via our forums, blogs, and newsletters.Engage our community with the goal of increasing tester interaction with uTest on both a project level and a knowledge-sharing, collaborative level.Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Use marketing channels across the globe to support our testing projects.What you’ll need to succeed:Excellent verbal and written communication skills (creative writing or copywriting experience is a plus) in both Hebrew and EnglishYou are willing to support our team for 20 hours a weekKnowledge of Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides etc) is a requirement.
