Business Change Test Manager needed for this new, key role defining and implementing business and client acceptance testing strategies for large-scale, cross-functional programmes. Ideal candidate will have a:
  • Strong background in business testing strategy and execution of large integration re-engineering projects within financial services
  • Proven end-to-end test management experience
  • Proven experience in building comprehensive frameworks and governance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a high attention to detail
  • Experience in providing clear & concise reporting to senior stakeholders across business and technology functions
  • Pensions industry knowledge advantageous
