  • Candidate must have experience with procedures in both adult & pediatric patients
  • CRNA shall directly provide all professional anesthesiology services and/or supervise and manage anesthesiology services for the benefit of individual Hospital patients, as may be required to meet Hospital’s requirements for such services in a timely manner through scheduled or “on call” coverage, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • General anesthesia, including general surgical anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, thoracic anesthesia and obstetrical anesthesia; intravenous sedation; intravenous regional anesthesia; regional blocks; and conductive anesthesia, as required by Hospital’s patients (including inpatients, surgical outpatients and those receiving emergency care.)
  • In addition, CRNA shall:
- Provide pre-evaluation anesthesia services in accordance with guidelines approved by both Group and Hospital.
- Provide post-surgical monitoring for complications related to the administration of anesthesia; and
- Respond promptly to those codes to which an anesthesia provider is specifically paged, as practitioner availability permits.
- Clinical Services provided by CRNA shall be performed in accordance with currently approved and generally accepted medical standards, as may be changed from time to time. * MercyOne Clinton operates 249 licensed beds
  • Works collaboratively with members of the OR Leadership Team, Anesthesia Providers, and clinical staff.

  • 5+ years of CRNA work experience is preferred, but would consider a more recent graduate who has the right training and experience
  • Open to H-1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J-1 waivers

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary $225k-$260k depending on location & experience (to be discussed at interview)

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) (by time of start)
  • IA license (or willing to obtain) or IMLC
  • 5+ years of CRNA work experience - PREFERRED
  • Does the provider have experience with procedures in both Adult & Pediatric patients?
  • BLS (or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire) - REQUIRED
  • ACLS, PALS, AND NRP certifications (or willing to obtain within 1 year of hire)
