- Degree from an accredited university or college. Specialization in Engineering or Business Administration will be an advantage
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management /marketing in Rail industry, specifically in maintenance and/or Transit operations activities
- Ability to work in a global and matrix environment
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking mindset
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- CRM – Sales force knowledge will be an advantage
- Full fluency in English required, an additional European language, notably French, Italian, German, Spanish is a plus.
- Defining and leading the implementation of the marketing plan
- Driving market intelligence (customer needs, competition watch, market trends)
- Defining the product/services go to market in alignment with services global commercial strategy, regions and product management
- Ensuring promotion and communication of the product and services portfolio that will satisfy the commercial strategy
- Achieving Transit Services Group Order Intake
- Leading innovation process
- Leading customer watch process and customer profiles/mapping updates
- Driving the Transit Services Group Sales process improvement and CRM implementation
- Animating Services sales community in the regions, ensuring best practices sharing and common processes
- Defining customer experience (tools, processes…) according to customer segmentation
- Providing inputs to Product Management and R&D in respect of market expectations
- Owning the Product Line Sales & Marketing budget (including central and local budgets)
- Monitoring the market opportunities and tender's pipeline engaging with and supporting the regions to maximize orders
