- ARB registered Architect
- Minimum of five years of senior experience in architecture and business development
- Strong existing client network and proven ability to generate new business opportunities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and design tools
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Salary of £60,000 - £70,000
