Lead, manage, and grow a team of affiliate managers, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and achieve targets.
Develop and execute strategies to onboard, grow, and retain affiliate partners, optimizing their performance and maximizing revenue generation.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with affiliate partners, acting as the main point of contact and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions.
Analyze affiliate performance data and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements to increase conversions and profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams such as design, content, and analytics to develop effective marketing materials and optimize landing pages.
Maintain industry knowledge and keep abreast of regulatory changes and best practices in affiliate marketing.
Prepare and present performance reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with competitive landscape to identify new market trends and opportunities for expansion.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing and growing affiliate programs.
Strong understanding of the iGaming industry and familiarity with affiliate networks, platforms, and tracking tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key affiliates.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis to drive decision-making and optimize affiliate performance.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and achieve business objectives.
