Job DescriptionLE POSTE :Soofitex Talent Recruitment is currently looking for one of its clients, a well-known bank located in Gasperich, a :Back Office Database & Taxation Support Agent (M/F)As a Senior Back Office Database & Taxation support Agent, you will be responsible for handling back-office tasks and ensuring that work is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support the Back Office Agent, as well as participating in process improvement initiatives.Tasks and responsibilitiesHandle complex back-office tasks and ensure accurate and timely completion of workParticipate in transaction execution, settlement and control (Securities transactions for transfer Free of payment)Participate in the back office activities executionParticipate in the tax activities (prepare QI reporting, tax documentation, manage Belgium tax activities) executionEnsure work is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and proceduresProvide guidance and support to the Back Office AgentParticipate in process improvement initiativesDevelop and maintain back-office policies and proceduresPROFIL RECHERCHÉ :Technical and behavioural skillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or previous experience in a back-office role (more than 5 years)Strong knowledge of back-office processes and proceduresExcellent problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other departmentsStrong problem-solving skillsFluent in written and spoken French, English. Proficiency in other languages as Italian is an asset
