- Will be facilitating demand forecasting for both combustibles and new categories
- Will be integral part of shaping business transformation strategy in annual planning
- Will be providing key business & market analytics data as well as generating valuable insights and foresights.
- Will be a key lever in driving sustainable and efficient business growth.
- Must be professionally mature as the exposure will be significant and the stakeholder involved will be senior or top management
- Leading demand forecasting on SKU level so as to facilitate monthly and annual demand planning & forecasting.
- Providing accurate and timely volume performance analysis and demand forecasting.
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting as per the Regional guidelines.
- Actively monitoring market key trends as well as competition performance & activities.
- Implementing pricing scenarios and support the creation of business cases.
- Supporting on the translation of Marketing & Trade strategies into actionable plans, both from demand forecasting and cycle activities perspective.
- Supporting on all required presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Tracking off-take performance against forecast, provide analysis and recommendations to manager and key stakeholders for remedial action.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships within department and intra-department to support implementation and smooth execution of demand forecasting.
- Identifying and proposing improvement opportunities in current process to enhance the effectiveness of the demand planning process within the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or other related field. Master's Degree in any of the above areas will be appreciated.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in similar roles
- English Language certification, Greek is a must
- Previous experience with NielsenIQ, PowerBI & SAP would be preferable.
- Strong cognitive ability to build forecasting and tracking model from business needs.
- Strong analytical focus to be able to identify the right information source to extract sales/performance information and maintain performance KPI's reports and troubleshoot.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Power Point
- Ability to manage time and work under pressure, adaptable, resilient and open to constant challenge.
- Attention to detail, critical analysis and utmost accuracy.
- Excellent skills when it comes to conducting various analysis and capability to effectively translate the insight into practice.
- Leadership skills demonstrated through confidently co-operating and collaborating across market functions and geographical markets.
- Openness, flexibility and willingness to adapt to a changing environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
