The Driver will play a crucial role in supporting the logistical operations of our organization by ensuring the safe and timely transportation of personnel, documents, and equipment. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, and exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and materials to various locations as needed.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers and cargo.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, conducting routine inspections and arranging for repairs as necessary.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of equipment and materials, ensuring proper handling and secure transport.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, including assisting with entering and exiting vehicles and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Coordinate schedules and routes efficiently to optimize productivity and minimize travel time.
  • Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide updates on schedules, delays, or any other relevant information.
  • Uphold the company's professional image and reputation through courteous and respectful interactions with clients and the public.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Should be able to drive manual vehicles.
  • Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or similar setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
