- Assist with research and planning for paid advertising campaigns across various channels (Search, Affiliate, Social Media, Display Advertising).
- Provide support with campaign setup and implementation on advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, RTB House, Criteo, etc.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify actions of improvements.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and ad creative testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Support senior colleagues in the day to day management of activities and the coordination of external suppliers/Digital Marketing agencies
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and drive ROI maximization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Digital Analytics and Digital Operations, to ensure alignment of e-commerce efforts and messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for working with data.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- A keen interest in performance marketing and advertising.
- Basic understanding of Digital marketing metrics and fundamentals (e.g., conversion rate, click through rate, target audience, etc.).
- Familiarity with Digital Analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and adv platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eager to learn and ask questions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
